  • What are your hours?

    During the high season, May-June, We are open seven days a week. Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday-Sunday 9-4pm. We are available outside of these hours by appointment.

  • Where are we located?

    The Greenhouse is located at 306 Joplin Avenue. This sits on the intersection of Joplin Avenue and Highway 385/Fall River Road across from Taco Johns and McGas.

  • Do you sell Gift Cards?

    Yes! Gift Cards are available for purchase year-round. You can stop by the store or call us to purchase. Buying a gift card but live far away? Call us! We are happy to set these up over the phone and can hold at the counter for your recipient or stick in the mail.

  • What zone are we?

    Hot Springs and the surrounding area has been classified as 4B for many years. The USDA recently adjusted their hardiness map and have us listed as Zone 5.

  • Do we deliver?

    Yes, we do! We offer free in town delivery. If you live outside of city limits, please call us to discuss the delivery options for your home.

  • Can I call in an order?

    Of course! Call 605-745-5995 during business hours to place an order for pickup or delivery.

  • What's the difference between Annual and Perennial?

    Annuals are plants that don’t survive the winter here and need to be planted every year. Ex: Petunias, Marigolds, Tomatoes. Perennial plants can be woody, evergreen or herbaceous but will survive the winter and grow again the following Spring.

  • What plants are toxic to pets?

  • Do you offer repotting services?

    Yes, we do! Price depends on the scope of your project. Call or stop by to discuss with us.

  • What's considered full sun?

    Full Sun is typically an area that receives 6 or more hours of sunlight in a day. Normally the south or west side of a house. If an area recieves 3-6 hours of sunlight, its considered part shade.

  • What's your pet policy?

    Well behaved pets are allowed inside the greenhouse as long as they are on a leash. Pet owners must clean up after their pets.

  • Indeterminate vs Determine Tomatoes

    Determinate tomato plants are smaller and bushy, growing to maturity and then producing all their fruit at once. Indeterminate tomato plants are tall and vining and continue to produce fruit throughout the growing season.
